COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask: Regular.
A very pale hoppy brew; with a fresh floral hop character. This comes from a special blend of English and American hop varieties and gives it a modern fresh taste.

Cask Conditioned, at the Battersea Beer Festival, 2004.
Clear pale gold coloured body with a sulphurous aroma. Not the full blown Scottish egg aroma that I love some much at the GBBF but nice enough to appreciate. Good bitter hop flavour strong bitter finish. I like it and Chris concurs but SilkT has thrown his toys b/c the rates are drying up and because he doesn’t feel complete without his hat. Mate, I hope for all our sakes that Chrissie finds it.

[3151-20100723] Cask. Citrus fish skins and chlorine pool and light lemon leaf aroma. Slightly hazy, light orange brown body with a small quick white head and nice lattice lacing. Bitter lemon pips throughout the flavour with a long bitter aftertaste that is muted, not cloying. Medium body is mildly bitter. Great for its style.
