COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This season’s brew dates back to the late 18th century when the British troops in India needed their daily rations of ale. Hoppy and crisp with a slightly higher alcohol content.

Pint on tap at Brewsters Oliver Square location in Edmonton. Poured a pale amber color with a thin film on the surface and very little lacing. Strong aroma of hops and some grain. Taste is also hops. A very well balanced IPA which was quite enjoyable.

500ml brown bottle. Orange colour, unclear with some floaties. Small thin white cap, leaves ok lacing. Piney aroma with some citrus sweetness. Sweet flavour up front, floral hop notes, fruity with orange peels. Finishes plesantly bitter with a grapefruit and pine aftertaste, maybe a light note of alcohol in there as well. Medium body, average carbonation. Different than the last IPA they brewed a few years back, way more hops in this one.

A really awesome IPA. Aroma is bitter hops, hint of pine and lots of grapefruit and lemon. Flavour is sweet hops and then bitter grapefruit hops on the back of the tongue. Dry and bitter finish. Minimal lacing. Pretty standard high quality IPA
