COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Occasional (Wicked Women series). Also available bottled, primarily for export to the United States.
Part of the Brewster’s "Wicked Woman" series, this copper-colored ale uses three English hops - Northdown, Progress, and Fuggles - to create a complex hop character that perfectly balances its roasted malt flavors.

Bottled conditioned. An amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with primary notes of caramel, but also a light spicy note. The flavor is sweet and very spicy combined with notes of elderberries, leading to a dry spicy and nicely bitter end.

Bottle from Top’s Liquor in Tempe, AZ. Slightly hazy light amber color with a frothy off-white head. Mild fruity aroma. Medium body with frothy carbonation. Flavor is light caramel with astringent apple flavor. The astringency relents a bit in the finish, and some malt comes back. Pretty well balanced. Reasonably tasty. Underrated?
