Ughsmash (2985), Waukesha, Wisconsin, USA Jul 30, 2006 On the engine at the Maproom! Poured a medium orange/amber with a well-retained cap of beige head. Nose was of pears and freshly-drawn caramel... quite full and pleasant. I really enjoyed the flavor, too... English toffee and caramel base surrounded by pears and other fruits plus tart lemon zest. Surprisingly complex and enjoyable. Woo! BDR (1864), Roseville, Minnesota, USA Jun 10, 2007 Cider orange color. Faint off white head. Sweet malt and floral hop nose.
