On the engine at the Maproom! Poured a medium orange/amber with a well-retained cap of beige head. Nose was of pears and freshly-drawn caramel... quite full and pleasant. I really enjoyed the flavor, too... English toffee and caramel base surrounded by pears and other fruits plus tart lemon zest. Surprisingly complex and enjoyable. Woo!

Bottle. Amber beer with a strong head. The aroma is lightly hopped and very slightly malty, and the flavour is gently bitter with a weakly roasted flavour. Overall a nice lightly roasted and lightly dry beer.
