Apr 1, 2008 Draught at Boca Brewzzi. Amber with thin head. Aromas and flavors of diacetyl butter with some hop in the finish. Thin, flat palate.

Jan 31, 2008 Poured a light brown, almost dark copper color with a light brownish head. Smelled of roasted malts, maybe a touch of chocolate, andsome sweeter dark fruits. The palate right away seemed really thin to me and almost watery. Definitely could of used more body to it. The flavors seemed mostly of some roast and light vanilla. Pretty malty all the way through. Not really what Im looking for in a dunkel, actually pretty poor showing.

Aug 8, 2007 Draft at WPB. Copper with a tan head. Sweet, roast caramel nose, some light honey notes. Sweet caramel and honey flavors, light nutty bitter. OK.

Jul 30, 2007 Draft at West Palm Beach--Dark brown color with a smallish tan head. Light malt aroma. I couldn’t detect any amount of chocolate or coffee while drinking, just malty.
