Aug 19, 2005 Updated: Sep 13, 2005Draught at the Boca Raton location. Bronze colour. The nose is lightly grassy and buttery, and it’s very sweet and sugary. The malt profile is really good - soft, yet firm, but the sweetness takes over and it gets a bit cloying. The finish has a burning sensation from the alcohol. Scale down the sweetness, and it’ll be a great bock.
