COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A smooth, mellow tasting festbier with orange-copper hues and a sweet nutty aroma derived from an exceptional balance of Munich and Crystal malts. This consummate blend of malt and hops yields a subtle, flavorful personality in every sip. 4.0% alcohol. This lager was designed with Boca Raton in mind.

On tap into a pint glass at the Boca Raton location, listed as "CityFest". Poured a sparkling clear light copper colored brew with a thin white head that remains for most of the session. Citrus and hops dominate the nose with some malts. More of the same on the palate; citrus, hops and some malt. Hops finish the beer and remain in the aftertaste. I didn’t pick any alcohol up on this one. A light crisp beer with moderate carbonation, good hot Florida summers. The bitterness works as a quencher and the low ABV makes this appropriate for sessions.

On draft at Brewzzi Boca. Pours a light copper color with a white head. Nose is a nice dose of caramel, with some mild grassy hops. Flavor is similar with a nice, mild dose of caramel with some mild hops and lager in there as well. Light in body and nice overall.

Poured a copper color with some golden highlights, at Brewzzi. Aromas of a crackers, touch of nuts and caramel. Taste is the same, but a touch of some weird fruit came through, not the best one they hav eon tap, but an all right Marzen.

Draft at West Palm. Hmm an Octoberfest on in July? Light amber pour with a decent white head. Scent is light caramel. Sweet taste of fruits and dark sugar with a light bitter finish.

Gold with a frothy white head and lace. Light sweet malt aroma. Caramel malt with almost a clove like flavor. Thin with good carbonation.

Part of the Brewzzi Sampler tray - all pours were in small flute tasting glasses, approx 6 oz (healthy pours). Pour is a golden, with a bit of copper, smallish egg white head. Aroma of not much at all, maybe a bit of cracker malt. Taste is. Similarly benign, really not much taste at all - slight cracker malt, bit of fruit hoppiness in the back. Palate is light bodied with below avergae carbonation. Dull and forgettable.

Draught at Brewpub... probably best beer they make. Medium-bodied with a darker yellow color. Caramel nose and flavor. Also nutty in both. Starts sweet and ends dry. Quick finish. Munich Malts prominent... A good lager.

Had on tap at the brewpubt in WPB. I wasn’t impressed with their selection or many of the beers.

tap. Copper color, bright and twinkling. Aroma of Munich Malts, some crystal. flavor of sweet grains, some bread, followed by a hop bitterness. Very balanced. I think this is the one I’d drink if I were a regular. 22 Nov 08 . 5,4,8,4,13

Poured up on tap at the Boca brewpub gold with micro thin white head. The aroma is light colored malts, mild graininess and some floral hops. The taste is a mouth full of mildly roasty malts then more malt sweetness before hints of floral hops surface. It ends with a bit of roasty malts and grain.

Tap at the restaurant. Light amber pour. This has an interesting malt and hop nose wtih some very light hints of vanilla and toffee. Flavor is a bit ruddy. Malts and hops seem to get in the way of each other instead of working together. Oh well.
