2.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20 unclemattie (3710) - Georgia, USA - AUG 3, 2009Tap at Brewtopia Brewfest. Orange amber color. Aroma is a bit off for a pumpkin. Hints of cinnamon and nutmeg. A bit too dry for any Spiced Vegetable beer I’ve had. Interesting. 23 Nov 08.
3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20 burg326 (2327) - Florida, USA - NOV 1, 2011
On draft at Brewzzi in Boca. Poured a dark orange color with a nice caramel, cinnamon, allspice and nutmeg aromas. Flavor matches aroma, and surprising decent pumpkin flavor with all the spices not over powering each other. Had an nice balanced finish.
3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 Beershine (5173) - The Sunshine State, Florida, USA - NOV 28, 2008
At Brewtopia. Hazy burnt orange color, hardly any head and no lace but not ideal conditions. Aroma is vegetal, spicy, slightly sour. Prickly, medium carbonation and medum body. Finishes strong and hoppy with a really nice, welcome splash of roast that makes this one have a unique character. Will re-rate from brewpub 4 sure.

Hazy, vibrant red-amber colour with a nice, thick head. Huge nutmeg and clove aroma. Creamy mouthfeel, somewhat astringent spice but sweet malts and caramel lend balance. A "Belgian" pumpkin, and an interesting way to wind down pumpkin beer season.
4.3 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20 daknole (7205) - Scottsdale, Arizona, USA - NOV 27, 2008
I spoke with the brewer and this is a belgian style pumpkin and damn this is the shit. Nice cloudy amberish/brown pour. Aroma jumps out kicks your ass with pumpkin, cinammon, nutmeg and brown sugar. As if the aroma isn’t great enough the flavor follows through without being sticky or sweet. It has all the flavors of a pumpkin pie but it finished dry and friggin delicious. What a beer. WOW.
4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 hopscotch (8217) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - NOV 18, 2008
UPDATED: JAN 21, 2009 Draft (West Palm Beach location)... This beer rocks!... Murky caramel-colored ale with a mid-sized, creamy, white head. Decent retention. Smells fantastic - caramel, nutmeg and cinnamon really shine brightly. Medium to full-bodied with a milky mouthfeel and modest carbonation. Sturdy caramel and eloquent spicing provides rich, pumpkin pie flavor. Finishes spicy-sweet and then abrasively dry. Terrific pumpkin beer!
