Pours a fairly clear, gold color, with a medium foamy white head. Didnt smell too bad. there were traces of coriander, orange peel, clove, and other spices. the flavor however didnt live up to the nose, as it seemed a bit thin and watered down. I got mostly citrus as the spice character seemed to disappear for the most part. It was still very drinkable, but too be honest I wasnt expecting greatness here.

On tap at the Florida Brewers Guild BeerFest 2009. Pours pure gold with a little bit of haze and decent white head. The aroma seems a bit earthy as well as containing mild spices to go along with apple and pear fruity sweetness with an under current of yeast notes. The taste is kind of spicy with apple-like fruit notes. Overall it comes across pretty sweet up front followed quickly by coriander and yeast spices to go along with surfacing notes of Belgian candi sugar and more apples to midway. As the finish approaches a hint of citrus lemon acidity is noticed and aids in evening this out into the finish. All the flavor notes play well together for a pleasing Saison.

Tap at FBGF. Pours golden with thick white head. Aroma is fruity, yeasty, and light notes of spices. Taste is fruity, some notes of white grapes and esters, as well as yeast. Overal was mouthfeel was very sweet and not overly funky. Liked this one a lot.

Cloudy yellow. Light head. Holy shit aroma there’s some pedio in here. A little spice comes in underneath of that. Light, slightly watery body. Light spiciness on the palate and still some more pedio. Not my idea of a good time.

Draught sample at Jupiter fest. Milky pale yellow with tight white head. Pedio in norse. When that subsides I smell ginger spritz and flowers. Grainy and yeasty flavors. Not bad, and finishes nice and dry. If it had more hops it would be better.
