COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Ninco Nanco is characterized by a copper yellow color and fruity aroma. The hop is the protagonist, bringing bitterness and aromas. Pleasantly dry and easy to drink, with moderate alcohol content, it’s the right beer for aperitif and to match pasta courses and fresh meals.

Cloudy golden body with rocky off-white head. Spot on. Aroma is crisp with fresh cheese, herbs, buttery bread and light orange. Taste fails to match up, with a watery body and sweet start but mostly because of the acidic middle and lingering aftertaste. Does have a nice mouthfeel. Surely misses out on some hops to counter the sourness and needs a spicyness. Light alcohol is a plus. (50cl bottle, bought at Pizzarium Roma)
