On tap at 2010 NFB&WF at Martha Clara Vineyard. Pours a clear gold with a moderate somewhat creamy white head. Very pleasant aroma of grapefruit and pine. The flavor is malt followed by a wash of pine and grapefruit pith. Moderate-strong bitterness at the finish lingers briefly after the swallow.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
POurs an amber hue with high end notes of hops (floras) and then drives into a nice bitter taste that gives a little bite of malt as the hops begins to mellow out. The hops show a distinct floral note.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at Spring Beer festival at Nassau Coliseum. The aroma is earthy, dank, oddly enjoyable. The appearance is red/gold, white head, typical for the style. The flavor is caramel, flowery hops. The finish segues again into a caramel sweetness, topped with a pine needle hoppiness. Medium to full body. Very nicely done.
