this classic lager, shows that the brew master obviously done his homework. Being a newer brewry is seems that that are making quite an impression in the brewery's hometown of waterloo canada. This beer is avertised as their frontman beer as well it should be. Another classic case of true Canadian Lager.

Hey it’s a decent lager from Ontario . sweet , creamy but litlle hoop flavour . I am not sure if they used corn but they might ...

Just a mili-shade darker than your average lager. Typical plays of grain, sweet malt and alcohol generously swirl out of the glass with a better-than-average intensity. Very refreshing and quite quaffable, with a good balance between hop bitterness and sweet malt, plus some herbivore-friendly flavour accents such as wood and hay. In a Canadian context, Brick’s lager narrowly qualifies as a premium-quality brew, but sits a notch below richer-flavoured micros such as Creemore Springs Lager and King Pilsner.

Can’t say I’m a big fan. I like a lot of Brick’s other offerings much better.

Nice sweet aroma, golden, with a big fluffy head. Good hops and malt balance. Ample carbonation, and a pleasant bite. Fairly good.

Another pleasant surprise! I was ready to write this one off-- clear bottle, pale (almost lemony) yellow colour. But there is a generous amount od European "skunky" hop aroma and character, as well as a noticable malt component. Finish is dry, boxboard. Better than I expected.

341ml bottle pours a pale golden color with a small white head that settles quickly leaving no lacing behind. Aroma is mild grains and hops. Taste is light sweet and moderate bitter finish. Another typical macro lager.

It is one of the poorer brews from Brick, which is why I don’t buy it anymore. It is really thin tasting and loses itself quickly in my memory. But it looks like beer and smells like beer... its just beer
