473 ml can from LCBO. Pours a clear yellow-gold with moderate-sized, lasting white head. Muted nose of harsh grains and some grassiness. Taste of sour, harsh grains with some grassy bitterness in the finish. Pretty weak.

Decent lager, sweet finish, pours light. Relatively easy to drink, just a standard macro like lager.

Can, shared with Rockley in an Ontario lager taste-off. Pale gold, clingy white head. Aroma of sweaty bananas. Bland grainy palate, leans toward sweet. Middle of the pack among a less than average

2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20 cyrenaica (941) - Milton, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 30, 2010
473ml can
4.8% ABV (as written on the can)
I tried this beer on July 27, 2010 after purchasing from one of my local LCBO outlets. The beer poured a translucent medium gold colour with a generous white bubbly head. The aroma is grassy malt, yueast, and acidic tones. The mouthfeel is weak bodied with mild carbonation. The flavour is grainy malt, wet bread, and metal.
2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 JoeMcPhee (7622) - Toronto, ON, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 18, 2010
Can from LCBO. Pale golden pour. Limpid appearance. Slightly grainy nose with a touch of light fruit. Little in the way of hops or anything else. A little bit of cereal flavour and some light grassiness. It’ll get you where you want to go, but not in style.
1.6 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 5/20 JohnBarleycorn (537) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - APR 2, 2010
Can. Light yellow/gold. Aromas of lemon and grain with a hint of fish. Very little flavour, with suggestions of stale grain and a tinny finish. Drinkable ginger ale palate. A cheap beer that reflects its price tag in quality.
2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 jimmay (807) - Waterloo, Ontario, CANADA - NOV 21, 2009
500 ml can from LCBO. Pours light golden in colour with next to no white head. Mild aroma and flavour. Nothing special.
1.8 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20 OntBeerDrinker (303) - Ontario, CANADA - NOV 7, 2009
I did a review video on my youtube. Well,it’s not horrible, but it’s not something I would buy again(I think). Tryed a single 473ml can. It is crisp and clean like the can sy’s,but I find it has a lemon flavour taste to it. My 4th Brick Brewery drink ever. The Laker light’s i poured the other 5 can’s out. I mean it’s refreashing and light with a hit of strongness for a light beer since it’s 4.8% but nothing I am looking for again.
1.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20 cfrancis (1770) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - NOV 4, 2009
Clear golden colour with minimal head and lacing. Smell is somewhat unpleasant with grain and malt undertones. Taste is tarte and crisp. This lager is better than most of the macros, but that really isn’t saying much as most of them are pretty crappy. But this isn’t a great lager either. It’s below the standards and lacks character that I would expect from Brick.
