473ml can pours a light golden color with a finger and a half of white head that leaves some spotted lacing on the glass. Aroma is of light grass and fruits. Taste is a light fruit and malt sweetness with a grassy hop bitterness. Light bodied with some decent carbonation. A little better than I was expecting from this brewery.

After a flight from Victoria this just hot the spot. Some saaz type hops and only a but of odd funky malt taste in finish. Some.crisp bitterness. Tall can o joy.

cfrancis (2501) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - MAY 12, 2013
A very palatable pils that pours clear light gold with a moderate white top and good lacing. Aroma is straw and bready malts. Taste is light and easy drinking with a light malt profile. Would like to see it more pronounced. Still good just not exceptional.

robinvboyer (3260) - Sturgeon Falls, Ontario, CANADA - MAY 7, 2013
Clear golden pour, medium white head. Decent grassy hops, some nice bready, if slightly overly sweet malts. Good mouthfeel, carb is a tad too soft. The flavor is a little muddled, lacks some crispness. The finish is lightly bitter with the hops making themselves known. I think its a rebrand of the old JR brickman pils. Arguably the only drinkable waterloo product.

473 ml can. Clear gold colour, big, long lasting, white head. Clean aroma. taste is pretty simple, but nothing off about it. Crisp body. A little boring, but nothing bad here. A real beer that would appeal to the macro crowd.

Spab (2570) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - APR 19, 2013
473 ml can from LCBO (part of Seasonal Collection Mixer). Pours a clear golden yellow with average white head. Aroma is cereal grains and a fairly prominent grassiness. Flavour is similarly grainy and grassy with just a dull bitterness in the finish. Average body. Pretty forgettable.

Papillon (380) - Sudbury, Ontario, CANADA - APR 18, 2013
473 mL Can. Pale gold body with a 1-finger foamy head settling to a thin but tenacious layer leaving foamy ribs on the glass as it is sipped. Aroma of light sweet malts with pronounced notes of yeast and bread crust, and grassy / resiny hops. Sweet light malts with a lemon hint dominate in the flavor, a sharp lemon /grapefruit rind aftertaste, and lemon rind tapering off to its outer peel in the finish. A summer picnic beer.

pootzboy (1597) - Hawgville, Ontario, CANADA - APR 15, 2013
473ml can: Pours a clear gold with a 2 finger puffy cap which reduce to a surface foam that laces the glass. Fairly well carbonated. Aroma is faint good bready malts and some northern brewer hops. Flavour is lightly malty with decent hop bittering to balance…fast clean dry finish. A serviceable all gristed malt Canadian premium Pilsner – certainly thinner and not as good as their founder’s Pilsner but better than the brick has brewed for a long while.

probstblueribbon (3062) - Nepean, Ontario, CANADA - APR 9, 2013
473 ml can from LCBO, served cold in a tulip glass.

App.: Clear light golden with a so-so white head. Aroma: Some oddly peppery and pungent grassy hops, corn/cereal/grain, sort of oddly perfumed and floral, not very nice. Palate: Medium body, reasonably soft effervescence. Flav.: A cloying, not very nice cereal/grain maltiness, light grassy hops, cardboard, blech; dry with reasonable bitterness and an oddly sweet-tasting, mildly grassy finish.

This is pretty lame.
