3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pale golden pour with a rocky, white head. There is a bit of haze in the glass. The aroma is crackery with light malt sweetness on the nose. A fairly pronounced hop aroma with floral and grassy notes in addition to a bit of honey character. Okay - but could be quite a bit drier and hoppier.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Can 473 ml
Aroma: Noble hops provided German Pils vibe. Fresh, herbal, grassy with golden clean malts behind. Solid.
Look; poured with thick white snowy, lasting cap. Good rings on glass. Below - slightly hazed golden brew.
Palate/Body/Taste: soft textured, grassy with slight apple tartness. Tad thin of walls. Aroma promised more but it’s not bad. Soft Keller like in feel. Was this intended? Positively surprised by Brick.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
(Rating #5610)

1.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
After a flight from Victoria this just hot the spot. Some saaz type hops and only a but of odd funky malt taste in finish. Some.crisp bitterness. Tall can o joy.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
473ml can pours a light golden color with a finger and a half of white head that leaves some spotted lacing on the glass. Aroma is of light grass and fruits. Taste is a light fruit and malt sweetness with a grassy hop bitterness. Light bodied with some decent carbonation. A little better than I was expecting from this brewery.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
can. Pale golden with two finger head. Was expecting the worst, but this is a passable take on a pilsner. Not the most flavorful brew ever, but the right elements are there.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Clear golden pour, medium white head. Decent grassy hops, some nice bready, if slightly overly sweet malts. Good mouthfeel, carb is a tad too soft. The flavor is a little muddled, lacks some crispness. The finish is lightly bitter with the hops making themselves known. I think its a rebrand of the old JR brickman pils. Arguably the only drinkable waterloo product.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
473 ml can from LCBO, served cold in a tulip glass.
App.: Clear light golden with a so-so white head.
Aroma: Some oddly peppery and pungent grassy hops, corn/cereal/grain, sort of oddly perfumed and floral, not very nice.
Palate: Medium body, reasonably soft effervescence.
Flav.: A cloying, not very nice cereal/grain maltiness, light grassy hops, cardboard, blech; dry with reasonable bitterness and an oddly sweet-tasting, mildly grassy finish.
This is pretty lame.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
473 ml can from LCBO (part of Seasonal Collection Mixer). Pours a clear golden yellow with average white head. Aroma is cereal grains and a fairly prominent grassiness. Flavour is similarly grainy and grassy with just a dull bitterness in the finish. Average body. Pretty forgettable.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
A very palatable pils that pours clear light gold with a moderate white top and good lacing. Aroma is straw and bready malts. Taste is light and easy drinking with a light malt profile. Would like to see it more pronounced. Still good just not exceptional.
