From Waterloo, so I’ll give it some props but the taste leaves a little something to be desired.

Cidery. Tastes like mediocre homebrew. Ruddy pitch beer. Needs more malt or yeast or hops or something.

Dark mahogany colour, roasted malt, coffee aroma and flavour. Pretty light and watery, bland.

UPDATED: FEB 17, 2003 This is a good dark beer I've noticed a huge difference from tap to bottle. Bottle is your safer bet on this beer since it sits around on tap. I agree with the coffee aroma of the previous rating.

Very weak head, nice color. coffee aroma. Goes down and tastes like water. Very weak flavor.

A mild dark beer. It is a disapointing brew if you are looking for something that will hold you interest. It is light in body, a faint roastiness can be percieved if you look for it. It is otherwise fairly flavourless and unmemorable.

A very decent dark lager, comparable to Negra Modelo but with more distinctive flavors. Nice malty sweetness and little bitterness. Completely quaffable.

nice ruch coffee aroma, but weak head and flavor. the content of the brew didn’t live up to the aroma and appearance

Fairly good dark beer. Refreshing even on a warm summers day.
