COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Straw-colored light beer is brewed with Pilsen malt making this our lightest brew. Fermented at a cool temperature, which gives this brew a clean, crisp finish with just the right amount of Saaz hops.

On tap at the brewpub: This poured a very pale yellow body with a fluffy white head. Nice lacing. It had a faint aroma of sweet pale malt with a very light grassy bitterness, which pretty well describes the flavor, too. This would make a decent lawnmower beer.

Sampled at Brickstone. It poured a pale golden color with a small head. The aroma was of malt sweetness, grain and bit of citrus in the background. The taste was a mild malt sweetness and grain. It had a light body and was smooth.

At Brickstone Brewer in a four ounce tasting glass. This poured a light yellow color and raised a medium sized white head and good lacing rings. Nose of grassy hops. Light body. Nice light beer.

light clear gold, some tiny bubbles around rim of glass, a bit of lace. light grainy aroma. flavor is a musty graininess that is a bit more prominant than the nose suggests. medium body, dry finish. cleaner and more flavorful than i expect from a light beer. on tap @ brickstone brewpub.
