slightly hazy copper, medium off white head, nice lacing. nose is grapefruit, with a hint of sweet tea. flavor is caramel, bitter citric hops, grain. medium bodied, biter finish. i enjoyed this offering. on tap @ brickstone brewpub.

On tap at the brewpub: This is the product, I was told, of the recipe of (a) homebrewer(s). This had a deep golden body with a big bubbly head. The aroma is full of citrus hop scents, predominantly yellow grapefruit and lemon zest, over a light malty sweetness. The flavor, too, is full of the citrus, balanced by sweet grainy malts. Tasty, but this is really crying out for more bittering hops.
