This is the way an IPA should taste like! Add a little more simcoe Dry hop and it would be perfect.

clear gold, small off white head, lacy. lots of citric hops in the nose, some caramel malt. flavor also has lots of citric hops with a hint of caramelly hops. medium bodied, great bitter finish. a big citric beer with a 9.5% abv whallop...but the alcohol is well hidden.

In a sampler at the oak ark tasting, pours a clear bronze with a light aroma. Full hop flavor. Very good.

Growler from the brewerery. Pours an amber color with a white head. Aromas of pine and citrus. Crisp citrus hop flavors with just the right amount of malt sweetness, moderately bitter finish. I need to get some more of this!
