COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Deep golden in color, made with light caramel malts, hopped with loads of Amarillo hops with a slight citrus flavor, then dry hopped for 4 days for a plentiful aroma. Our brewmaster’s favorite.

Sampled at Brickstone. It poured a cloudy yellow color with a small white head. The aroma was peachy, grapefruity and citrusy. The taste was a little bitter, citrusy and crisp grapefruity hoppiness. It had a crisp hoppy finish. Very good!

From a 4 oz sampler at the Brewpub. Came in the glass a cloudy golden color a big white head and excellent lacing. Nose of citrus hops. Medium body with smooth clean mouth feel. Flavor is sweet caramel malts and lots of hops. Very tasty. Exceptional balance. Really an exceptional APA. Love this one.

Had this on draft at urban burger. Orange pour with sticky head and a sweaty taste. Mild hops. Carmel and spicy backbone. Solid pale ale

On tap at Owen & Engine. Pours a clear amber with a tan head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has a lot of floral hops with light sweet citrus and a bit of underlying sweet grain. Flavor starts with earthy sweet citrus and is joined by sweet grains and a bit of floral notes. Drinkable.

On tap at Brew Pub. Pours a light golden color with a two finger white head that retains well. Aroma is very light with some breadiness and a hint of citrus. Flavors of sweet bready malts with some citrusy hops that come out toward the finish. Medium body and carbonation.

12oz pour at fountainhead. Slightly unclear medium to dark orange color, small off-white to beige head. Smell malts, hops and fruityness. Taste malts, hops, grapefruit, and bitter. Creamy body. Good brew.

On tap at the Oak Park Micro Brew & Food Review, and dispensed to my fest glass with a lightly hazed, amber/gold color, a soft white head that reduced expeditiously to a ring & film, and left some dots & dashes as lacing. The nose was fair malt, expressive citrus, estery sweetness, and a touch of resin. Medium bodied and moderately bittered, the carbonation was soft, so the texture came off a bit watery, but altogether, this brew was nicely flavorful, well balanced, and finished with some pleasant dryness.
