Cloudy straw pour, medium head and lacing. Nice and fizzy with a light banana/vanilla taste. Lots of hoppy bitterness and a little alcohol at the end. Doesn’t feel like it’s quite finished fermenting, but a solid and tasty brew.

(Draught) Pours a hazy pale yellow body with a medium white head. Aroma of lemon peel, wheat, sulfur, and baby powder. Flavor of wheat, lemon, banana, sulfur, other minerals, and clove.

[Tap] Guest tap at Coach’s in south OKC (surprising since it’s their main competitor). Pours a cloudy yellow color with very little head. Aroma of grains, wheat malt and very light spice. The taste is similar, with clove, nutmeg and vanilla. Decent banana and bubblegum throughout. A somewhat strange medicinal sourness or band-aid flavor in the finish. Lively carbonation. Despite the off flavors, this was leaps and bounds better than any other Bricktown product I’d ever tried (which was a pleasant surprise).

Tap at brewpub: Dark yellow with a white ring head and spotty lacing. Aromas of banana chips and then further in banana creme pie. But at the end of the aroma, a yeasty, turpentine finish. The flavor is tangy full of bananas and spices with a soapy finish.
