Bricktown Ol’ Blue Berry Ale | |||||||||||||
RATINGS: 2 MEAN: 2.75/5.0 WEIGHTED AVG: 2.75 ABV: -
COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION We take our recipe for a light golden ale, and then add 110 pounds of blueberries to the boil. Then, after fermentation, we add another 110 pounds of blueberries to the tank and age it for 6 weeks. It is like dry hopping, but with blueberries. The result was the fastest selling beer in our history. It is a fruit beer that still keeps the beer first and the fruit second. Grain: 2 Row, Pilsen, CaraPils, Caramel Hops: Sterling, Saaz 220 lbs Fresh Blueberries
