Bricktown Spiced Pumpkin Ale

COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This will become a November and December staple. We use a roasty, amber ale recipe and add 150 pounds of pumpkin to the boil. We also add a generous dose of fresh ground cinnamon, coriander, and nutmeg. It is in keeping with the old tradition of using pumpkin to add fermentable sugars to beers when grain was not as readily available. A perfect beer for the Holiday Season. Grain: 2 Row, Munich 10, Vienna, Chocolate Hops: Chinook, Cascade Spices:Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Coriander
