COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our number one selling beer! The American pale ale has good hop bitterness, flavor and aroma.

Tap: Methinks the recipe has been tweaked on this beer, the hops are far more noticeable this time around and the overall beer is cleaner and more refreshing. I did not rate it the other visit since I thought my palate was shot by that crappy Amber Ale (which they are tweaking as well thank goodness). Anyway about the review.

Clean medium golden hue with a moderate frothy head and okay lace. The aroma has notes of grassy and piney hops, pale biscuity malts, some mineral water and a touch of hop spice (pepper and clove). The taste is hardly earth shattering but solid and on point for the genre. Mild malt balanced by moderate hop bitterness and spiciness. A bit of acidic fruitiness and dry clean yeast profile. The mouth feel is very refreshing and crisp, a touch of biscuity dryness toward the end. A solid offering and worth trying again.

This draft brew from the brewery poured a very small sized head of foamy finely sized bubbles that were mostly lasting and left behind a uncarbonated transparent amber colored body and a very good lacing. The almost non-existant aroma was malt hop. The mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish with a biting hoppy aftertaste. The flavor contained notes of hops. An OK brew just nothing special.

I’m pretty sure I saw the girl pour my glass from a pitcher at the end of the bar, but whatever... Had a better hop aroma than I expected (given that it came from a pitcher...grrr) flavor was much the same... Mild citrus hop profile with a nice toasty malt backbone. All in all much better than I expected
