Cask at The Green Man, Stamford, Lincolnshire. Reddish brown with a white head. A little leathery sourness in the aroma, later developing a hint of espresso and perhaps some tomato juice. A little ash and dark fruitiness in the taste. Slight bitterness. Understated, but quite good.
