Draft at Pies & Pints Fayetteville. Pours a clear dark golden color with a large creamy off-white head. Good head retention. Aroma of pale malts, floral and grassy hops, stone fruits. The taste is doughy malts, floral and grassy hops. Medium bodied, mild sweetness. Decent.

2.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
On tap at Pies and Pints in Charleston. Pours an orange-copper. Aroma is light and "crisp". Flavor has essence of both malt and hops, but more bitter from the hops than actual flavor. Doesnt really taste like a Kolsch. Tastes stronger than 4.4% too.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours on draft at pies and pints. Pale yellow to gold color with a nice white head of foam. The aroma is a little sweet and fruity. Taste is grassy and a little bitter with a nice bready finish. Nice, well carbonated mouthfeel. The bready notes in the finish make this beer quite nice.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap at Pies and Pints. Pours golden with small white head that dissapates quickly. Well carbonated, good lacing, and medium body. Taste is light floral malt and hint of crisp hops in the finish. Very refreshing for a summer day. Best Kolsch I have had, I would not be surprized if this one gets in the top ten for the style.
