UPDATED: JAN 11, 2012 From the barrel at Reading Beer Festival, April 2006. Just sold as Bridge Farm Cider - no sweetness descriptor, although it is on the sweeter side of dry, with lots of juicy apple character. However, it is not short of backbone with a firm tannic grip. Quite perfumed aroma. Hazy straw colour. Very pleasant, to me at least, even if others weren’t too impressed.

Gravity Cask @ Reading Beer Festival 2006. Spicy alcohol. Sweet juicy and watery. Little to say other than boring with overly present alcohol.
