Feb 10, 2008 Cask, november 07. Shinny golden color with a tight creamy white head. Malty, cereal grainy flavor with a nice, gentle, bitter aftertaste. Rich and refreshing. Some sulphur notes on the nose with a bit of biscuit. Nice, grainy, gentle golden bitter.

May 28, 2006 Some bitterness in it gave me the impression of a bitter instead an ale, but the quality is good. Very drinkable is.

May 17, 2006 Cask half-pint at NERAX 5/4/06. Brassy-yellow, dried pineapple colored body is bright, with a small, white head, moderately-well retained and lacing very lightly. Fresh fruity hops rise up from the glass (light nectarines, apricots) while nearly juicy pale malts and some light citrus on end combine to keep things snappy and rather dry. Very fruity flavor, with dry pale malts, light straw, dry wafers and golden raisins (very faint) to balance. Bubbly, crisp and with a strong yeasty, doughy and somehow earthy (more like baked clay) note. Didnt realize there was wheat in it, but assuming that just balances the sweet pale malts and fruitiness, it works well.
