Hazy amber colour with a thin white head. Malty, berry fruity aroma with a light hoppy note. Malty, sweet flavor with a sharp berry fruity note. Light dry and fruity finish. Maria (3963), Thisted, Denmark Jan 1, 2007 This Bramble ale has a dark amber color, is hazy and has a weak head. The aroma is sourish and the flavour is both sourish and sweetish with clear notes of berries. But if it’s bramble berries, I cannot say for sure, It’s Ok, but a bit on the light side.
