COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottled.
This Christmas ale has become a firm favourite and is brewed each year to commemorate the festive season. Named after “Bridge of Allan Brewery’s very own Golden Retriever “Bronwyn”, this beer is blonde and exciting just like the lady herself. This smooth, full bodied blonde ale gives a rich fruity aroma and rewarding aftertaste, with an interesting nose - but does not bite!

Bottled. An amber beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of fruit, malt, and some spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of fruit and malt, leading to a lightly bitter finish. Thanks fonefan for sharing.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a clear deep golden with a firm off-white head. Fruity, malty nose. Medium body, fruit and a little ashes - even a whiff of smoke. Vague underlying tartness. Hardly any bitterness. 211009
