Tasting notes from 2003 Harbury Beer festival. Clear, golden, with thin white head. Mild Citrus, sweet caramel aroma notes. Malt dominated and mild citrus flavours. Dry, light bitter finish.

Organic. Bottled 50cl. It pours a golden beer with a decent white head. The nose is of grapefruit, lemon, tobacco and lime. Slightly acidic. There is quite a bite in the aroma. A metallic touch with chicken like characteristics. The taste is sweet malty with hints of grapefruit, oranges, vinegar and chicken food. Smooth mouthfeel. The finish is short with a hint of rosemary. Dissapointing.

Bottle - Toffee/citrus aroma, small head, light visible carbonation. Sticky mouthfeel, nice and sweet, not overly so and with a bitter finish, traces of hops and fruit. Enjoyable.
