Dec 8, 2007 Cask conditioned at Far from the Madding Crowd, Oxford. Amber with white bubbly head. Light straightforward bitter with a touch of toffee, caramel in the background. Slightly sweetish malts, mid roasted with a berry type flavour, almost rosehip on the tongue. Short finish, lacking a little bitterness. It’s ok without hitting the heights.
