Commercial Description:
Cask, Occasional;
Tasting Notes: This distinctive blonde ale is full of hoppy chracter with a light refreshing taste and a long rewarding finish.

Bottled at RBESG 2007. An amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of phenol and caramel. The flavor has notes of caramel and still phenol, leading to a dry bitter caramel finish. What is it with the phenol?

rbesg07, bottled. golden, aroma of rum’n’raisin, some caramel and vanilla, no bitterness, self raising flour aftertaste which can’t be a good thing

Bottled. RBESG. Amber colour, with off-white head. Pale malty aroma with notes of honey pastilles. Sweet malty with buttery notes as well as caramel. Big on fruits here.

Bottle, at RBESG 2007 in Glasgow, Grand Tasting. From "Traditional Scottish Ales Ltd.". ABV was 4%. Deep amber colour, nice head. Aroma of dishwater and malts. Dusty malty flavour, quite boring.

Bottled at RBESG ’07. Pale amber. Heavy aroma of crême brulée. Sweet and medium bodied with burnt caramel and notes of raspberries. Intensely estery. Some of these flavours are not intended, but I like it anyway.
