The flavor is sweet with a slightly acidic roasted note, that also has light notes of chocolate and hints of over ripe fruit. The end is dry and a bit bitter with a slight burnt note. Aroma of sweet (brown suger ?) roasted (chocolate ?) and caramel malt. Flavor is sweet and malty with a note of burnt. Dry end with some bitterness.
