Pours a medium golden color with two fingers of white foam. Nice aromas of tangerine, candied orange peel, mango and earthy peppered yeast. Palate follows with a dry rustic saison backbone, nice yeast profile, layers of tropical fruit forward hops, citrus, floral fieldgrass and a lingering bitterness draws out the finish.

Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen (Nøgne Ø Takeover 24/06/2015) - yellow pour with white head. Citrus fruity and grassy aroma and taste, lots of floral hoppy nuances going on, yeast, straw, lemon, hay, very nice hoppy Saison, prefer this to the other Saison. Lovely.

12 bottle from City Beer. Pours cloudy golden with a thick white head and a fruit and yeast aroma. There is a fruity slightly sour pale malt flavor with a huge yeast presence and a bitter finish. Very crisp with lots of taste.

UPDATED: AUG 15, 2015 Has a hazy golden colour and a decent off white head which hangs around nicely. I really like aroma, it?s quite citrusy and fruity with a little bit of funk. The citrus taste also comes through, a bit like grapefruit for me. Good mouthfeel which matches well to the beer. Overall, I?d happily buy one again.

The best India Saison I have tasted to date. I usually find hoppy saisons to be a bit strange but this is perfect. The yeasty saison characteristics blend so well with the tropical/citrus fruity hops. Very refreshing whilst still remaining complex. Drinks way to easy for the ABV. Amazing creation from Bridge Road/Nogne. So much flavour!

What an interesting beer. Probably the best version of the two styles mixed Ive had. Great aroma of grape fruit and slight bubble gum. Very refreshing and dry. Interesting, thirst quenching and tasty.

330mL bottle Bottled 12/3/14 Cloudy straw coloured beer. Holds a dense head of good size. Aroma is quite different; phenolic peppery, clovey spice, freshly cut grass, sour dough starter, grapefruit, lemongrass, lemon myrtle(?), floral herbal hop notes, pilsner malts. Full kind of chewy body seemingly conducive of a cloudy yeasty sort of beer, high carbonation, bit of acidic bite to it. Rather spicy/peppery on the body, touch of dough, pale cereal maltiness, plenty of grass, herbal hops, with a touch of tropical fruit & citrus. High bitterness, a touch sharp - might be a Galaxy thing? Interesting hybrid - always in two minds whether it works or not, tastes good but the balance is a touch off.

UPDATED: JUN 7, 2015 Very cloudy straw-beige with thick bubbly white head and huge stripey legs. Smells estery - banana, heavy yeast, pepper/clove. Fruit (peach, apricot), bit of soap. Tastes quite bitter, resin, yeast/wood, very sour finish. Body is tart, bit frothy, fine carbonation. Aroma is nice but more like a Saison than an IPA; taste is less interesting but still yeasty and a little sour. Had again at the TAP Nøgne O food pairing for Matt's birthday. Had with the jiu yim shrimp. Nøgne O brewer talked about using Australian rather than American hops (like mango-y Galaxy and Ella) to complement the Saison flavours, which makes sense. Very interesting and unusual combination - still more Saison than IPA to me but nice to have the refreshing tropical yeast paired with fruity hop.
