Bottle - 500ml.Beautiful, cloudy blond body with a thick, lasting white foamy head. Fresh, sharp hoppy aroma with coriander and citrusy hints. Alcohol is very well hidden. Its sharp hoppy taste carries coriander, citrusy, yeasty, and some grainy notes. Ends with a long, dry, robust bitter/herbal finish. Wow!

This beer is dominated by the yeast and hops. The malt makes it’s presence felt in the aroma as you tip the glass towards you, grainy and fresh smelling, but as soon as it hits the palate it’s sour grapefruit or green grapes. But the sourness also moves very quickly to long lasting resinous hop bitterness under the influence of the galaxy and Stella hops. Pours a slightly cloudy tan colour with thick foamy head. Great beer.

Pours deep hazy gold into a tulip. Fluffy white head with excellent retention recedes leaving spot lacing. Sweet bready caramel, tropical fruit and resin aromas. Crisp with hay, mango and bubblegum upfront turning dry in the lasting bitter lemon pith finish.

Bottle@home. One finger foam. Haze brown. Plenty of strange hoppy notes. Clove and earthlike notes too. Intense bitterness. Great bitter saison.

On tap at mrs Parma’s , pours cloudy with a white head receding, the aroma is awesome, summer fruits meet spice and freshly swan pine. On the tongue, it’s a bit cold as served and the cellar an here seems to have all of the beers carbonated the same way, it’s bright, medium carb, some sweet malt but mostly hoppy goodness and subtle spice. Finish is dry out satisfyingly, just like a saison should.

Straw coloured body, slightly hazy and with a lasting head. Grapefruit and light spice on the aroma. Fruit and spice in the taste, medium body, very refreshing and without noticeable alcohol.

Pours a hazy straw color. The nose has honey dew, cantelope, apple skin, grapes, and dusted with lite hops. The nose scream summer. The pallet is super lite and crisp, with a little yeast followed by an astringent grape, honey dew, cantelope and finishes with a slight hoppy bitterness. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours dishwater gold with a foamy 3 finger white head. Aroma is citrus and light pitted fruit with a little earthiness. Med body more or less. Flavor is astringent and earthy with citrus and fruit. It’s passing great and has a deal of hop bitter. Just brilliant ale.

Keg at Brewdog. Hazy yellow with a full white head. Aroma of Funky yeast and brett. Flavour is spicy, yeasty with lemon and grapefruit and a sharp bitterness. A lovely saison.

Bottle at Crowbar, january 8th 2013. It’s way too long since I had Nøgnes version so I wont try to make out the differences. Should have had them together of course. hazy yellow body, sparkling, with a huge white thick head. Aroma is really fresh, lemon, spicy saison yeast, pears, orange. taste of oranges first and foremost, joined by peach, pepper, delicious yeast note. Bitterness comes slowly, cooperating good with the yeast, making a nice spicy aftertaste of clove, peppers and tropical fruits. A very good beer this is.
