A hoppy American brown ale fermented with Tennessee Bourbon aged oak. $500 worth of American hops went into this bad boy. The bourbon aged oak will give the beer a dry woody sweetness that will transform it into a sessionable, yet hoppy, beast that will have you coming back, time after time, wanting to ride the Tennessee Stud to glory!

UPDATED: FEB 1, 2013 Beer Deluxe (1-Feb-13)- Sweet spicy fruit malt aroma. Lovely brown red clear colour, nice solid light brown head and complex wide lacing. Light sweet malt and fruity woody spice. Light mouthfeel dry bitter stark woody finish and spicy aftertaste, but a bit medicinal for me.

On tap at Cookie. Nice and complex. Aromas of caramel, whisky, anissette, chocolate, liquorice. Taste is sweet and bitter, with long length. Palate is velvety, and medium bodied. Dark brown, with a thin head.

Exciting nose with hints of passionfruit, stone fruit, pine, citrus, touch of coconut and vanilla - good! Appearance is a deep brown colour with a fawn head. Taste is piney and oakey with some vanilla, quite malty, hops blend in well. Palate is mild with a hoppy bitterness. Overall quite interesting and fun!

On tap at Archive. Murky. Hazy brown colour with a slim head of foam. Nice aroma of malt and there’s also a strong whiskey aroma as well. Smooth flavour.
