COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Using an all Aussie line up, low bitterness balanced hop and malt profile, this is a great session beer, drink in multiples of six.

Pineapple and sickly sweet mandarin aroma. Mandarin and peach flavour, palate is sharp and fruity with little malt presence. I probably raded this lower simply because it’s called an "Australian Ale", which usually means lower your expectations.

330ml Bottle. Not much going on with this beer, but saying that it is good on those hot Aussie days and many can be drank.

From a 330ml bottle on 13/12/2011. Pours a cloudy pale golden with a minimal head. Has a curious aroma of chemicals, stale fridge air, and some light fruit and honey notes. In the mouth, there’s a mild fruity sweetness, some yeasty flavour and a mild hop presence. Has an amateur home brew feel to it. Quite an ordinary effort.

Pours with a fairly big head. Cloudy golden colour. Not very hoppy at all though not an unpleasant taste. Not the greatest beer ever made though not unpleasant.

Lightly hopped, lightly malted, excessively sour dross. This beer is absolutely disgusting.

Light honey colour with thin white head. Some sediment in pour. Lightly malty aroma. Fruity, sour taste. Not bad.

interesting beer, sometimes a little hit and miss, latest bottle has an over riding manderin . lemon sourness which detracts from everything else this beer has going for it....

Davros (1021) - Melbourne, AUSTRALIA - JAN 14, 2010
Pours amber with a small head. Aroma shows some floral and spicy hops, but not much else except something vaguely salty and almost sour, geueze style. Flavours share those sour notes, with some caramel in the background. Lemony sourness is off-putting. Quite watery.

Bottle (330ml). Pours a hazy dark orange with a moderate white head that provides decent lacing. Aroma is light grainy malts with distinct lemony notes and subtle oranges and floral hops. Flavour is medium sweet malts with a mild citrus hop bitterness. Light to medium bodied with a low carbonation and dryish mouthfeel. It certainly is easily drinkable and makes for a good summer "lawnmower" beer.

Tap. The least interesting from Bridge Road. Aroma is plain, and it has a touch of cardboard. Flavour is sweet, with light bitterness. Oily and thin in the palate. Yellow colour, bubbly, with a frothy white head.
