Tap at Beer Temple - Amsterdam. Pours clear, bright gold with a frothy white head. Rich cereal and grain in the aroma. Medium to big sweet flavor, lots of grainy malts. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Sugary cereal malt finish, grains. Fairly basic but OK.

Borefts warm up at Bier Temple, Amsterdam. Pale gold beer, good white head. Quite floral with a touch of lemon. Good citrus underneath. A little seltzer minerals. Vaguely saison like. A lovely lager this - tasty and very drinkable. Restores long lost faith in Aussie Lagers!

Tap @ Beer Temple. The pour’s deep yellow gold with a big creamy white head. The nose is light honeyed grain, hints of citrus and lemon peel. Simple. The taste is mild sugar cookie, more honeyed grain and bread. Super clean and refreshing, flavorful. Light body, active carbonation. Great stuff, one of the best lagers I’ve ever had.

Nocturne (744) - Cheshire, ENGLAND - OCT 4, 2012
On tap at Beer Temple, Amsterdam. Pale gold with a fluffy white head. Bready, floral and lemony citrus aroma. Tastes a little herbal and medicinal on the mid-palate. Evidently quite well hopped. Still retains the characteristic taste of a lager under all of this but feels like it has strayed into new territory. If you’d told me this was a Belgian blond I may never have suspected anything. Very nice.
