This has a bit of a bitterness bite. Startles early but closes very fruity. A lit of citrus. But the hops come through. Almost a bit of orange cordial in there, too. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from cellar door (October 2013). Pale golden/yellow, 1cm white head, grassy hops and toasty malt dominate the aroma, bit of yeast flavour comes through, with subtle fruity/citrus, grainy malt, low bitterness, medium sweetness, medium body, quite good summer session beer.

Smart take on an often bland style. Grassy hops provide appropriate bite right through the palate. A little spicey too. Subtle beer but excellent structure.

330mL bottle from local Woolies liquor Looks good in the glass - straw yellow body with uniform haze. Holds a good cm of white foam. Nice intensity to the aroma; fruity hops upfront with citrus, peach, white peppery spice and tropical pineapple, with an underlying light biscuity malt. Lively carbonation, light crisp body, overall quite dry and refreshing. Decidedly spicy on the body, possibly some yeast derived character(?) but mostly hops with more citrus and tropical fruit. Light toasty malt plays second (or third?) fiddle, quietly forming a backbone. Dry finish, moderate bitterness, peppery spice persists. Highly sessionable ale. Reminiscent of Coopers Pale Ale with some aromatic hops. Class act overall, very Aussie.

From a 330ml bottle on 21/11/2013. Pours a clearish deep golden with the barest of heads. Has a pleasant fruity aroma featuring peach and a touch of banana. Flavour wise, you get more peachy fruit, some spice, a bit of light malt, and a reasonably firm bitterness. Has a medium body and carbonation. A solid golden ale.

330ml bottle from Craft Wine Store. Golden amber colour with a peach and passionfruit aroma. Good head retention. All in all pretty good beer.
