Tap @ the brewery. Frothy white head that limited the aromas of banana and clove. Highly carbonated with flavours of banana, bread, clove and citrus. Tasted good with the delicious pretzels at the brewery but not the best hefe.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draft at Taps Beer Bar, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a clear medium amber with a frothy white head. The aroma was unsurprisingly crushed banana! The flavour is grapefruit citrus fruit, spicy and a little sour. Maybe it was the Bombay mix I’d recently been eating, cos the crushed banana wasn’t evident in the flavour! It’s a sharp citrus spicy and very different Hefeweizen. Check it out if you can.

2.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Bottle from mane liquor. Pours a golden orange which has an evident high carbonation, lots of fizz arising. Nose is sour apples and yeast. Taste is ruined by the carbonation just overly sour fizz in the mouth. Gave my old man a sip he spat it out with the use of obscene language. Pretty shit and Not my type of beer ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Aroma is citrusy and a touch sweet with hints of esters, particularly banana. Appearance is a very pale opaque yellow with a substantial white head. Taste is similar to smell, very estery, some banana, apple, maybe even pear flavours on top of a nicely tart citrus undertone. Palate is citrusy and tart with some pleasant bitterness, very agreeable. Overall, quite a good hefeweizen that grows on me every time I drink it.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle- Pours a slightly hazy copper color with a fair head that fades to bits of lacing. Atoma of fruit, mostly banana and a fruity sweetness. Taste is of banana and a syrupy sweetness. A mild bitterness and a fairly clean finish. Fairly light body, smooth and a bit sweet. Decent beer, but not one I would seek out.

2.1 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
UPDATED: AUG 15, 2012 Draught at Archive Beer Boutique, Brisbane. Poured a cloudy honey amber colour with virtually no head, and what there was diminished very quickly. Very very low carbonation. Aroma was banana-like. Taste showed a hint of sour lemon, a very slight trace of hops bitterness all followed by a sweet banana-like flavour. Smooth finish. Light to medium body.

2.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
A-- Poured a dark cloudy gold color. Small, short lived white head that became film. Some, but not much head retention.
S-- Really nice banana and clove smell. Banana really stands out nicely followed by clove. A little bit of brown sugar with the banana smell. Thought of banana fosters right off the bat.
T-- Clove and ripened banana. A little bit of a brown sugar taste but the ripened banana taste dominates.
M-- Medium to high carbonation and creamy. A tad bit of lemon acid to this as well. Does get a little watery though.

Pours a typical hazy colour with little real head, On the nose it boasted a lovely bouquet of clove and bubblegum, however it tasted rather watery, plain and uninteresting.
