Some of the most impressive head formation I’ve seen in a beer in quite a while, though it could well be down to my new dishwasher. Lovely fresh Galaxy-style hoppiness with some weird edges lurking underneath which seems to be par for the course with these emerging Aus varieties. Quite a creamy mouthfeel, but cut well by bitterness. Very drinkable. Not much saison character about it for mine, but a very nice showcase for Aus hops, which Bridge Road does really well.

Draught. No head. Clear brown body. Fruity honey caramel aroma. Fruity honey caramel flavor with a fair amount of hops bitterness. Low carbonation. Long aftertaste. Alcohol level just right.

Bottle- a friend gave this to me and so glad he did. A very good beer. A good balance of malt and hops, with a refreshing finish.

Bottle 330ml.
Hazy matt medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, moderate to light light heavy hoppy, citrus, grapefruit, moderate to heavy yeasty, grape, saion yeast, light leather - funk. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, hoppy, grape. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120419]

500 ml from Shenanigan’s Wine and Spirits. Big carbonation. Nice hoppy aroma (Citra?). Dry saison body. Lemon and some tart. This is a pretty interesting mix of IPA/saison. Would go well on a hot day. Very nice.

Bottle at Papsø’s - Thanks. Cloudy yellow/golden - white head. Apples, light phenolic, light crispy, fruity, peppery, citrus, nice hoppy, light bitterness, piney, citrus, peppery, dry hoppy finish.

aroma is refined, yeasty, citrussy, spicy, belgian.
flavor is yeasty, spicy, citrussy, dry , malty, good saison, dry and still with citrussy notes, spices match but do not lead. great.

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is peppery, light phenolic and mild citrusy fruity. Grapefruity, peachy and mango flavoured. Bitter and dry into a smooth fruity hoppy finish.

Bottled. A hazy yellow beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of spices, lemons, yeast, and a bit of brett. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemons, pepper, straw, yeast, and a bit of malt, leading to a dry spicy finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of bluebetty. Pours a cloudy pale yellow with a lacing off-white head. Fruity, spicy, citrusy aroma - quite complex. Medium body, spicy tart fruit, very yeasty with a solid bitterness in the finish. Very different from the Norwegian version, but more of a Saison - although with a massive hop dose. 190412
