Overall. Very Similar to the Vic Secret, but not as Strong.

3.6 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Hazy sunset orange with small tight white head. Incredible aromas of peaches and apricots with cantaloupe, kiwifruit and mandarin. The fruity taste isn’t quite as dominant as the smell, but contains cantaloupe, honeydew melon, some grapefruit on top of a caramel maltiness. Long dry and bitter finish. Medium bodied and slightly chewy. Elegant, rather than a punch in the face like some other IPAs.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours a hazy golden orange from the bottle with fluffy off-white head that leaves good lace. Aroma of resinous citrus notes, hint of grape, pineapple, and flowers. Taste follows, bit less than the nose, malty backbone. Mild bitterness that falls off quickly, solid beer.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
330ml bottle at home (great Ned Kelly bottle top!). Amber with a decent white head (like all the beers in the single hop series). This one has grapefruit and orangey aromas on top of the caramel malt base. Palate is medium bodied and bittersweet with a pleasant balanced hop bitterness of good length. Nice.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
bottle, picked up as part of a mixed 4 pack of australian single hops at bws broadbeach. hazy amber with a modest head; had this one last and it seemed like a mix of the other 3 - the vic secret, summer and galaxy. passionfruit in the aroma, plenty of butterscotch sweetness, light bitterness, all quite pleasant

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. This one probably ranked third out of the beer school pack for me. I think I prefer the fruitier hop varieties.

3.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours murky amber with thin white head. Nice fruity aroma of peaches and melons with some spicy floral notes. Not much taste to speak of. Clean, with a touch of bitterness. Overall pretty refreshing, but lacking outstanding features once aside from a nice aroma.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottled 02/10/2013. Poured a cloudy amber colour with a two- to three-finger off-white head that retained very well and laced as suds on the glass. Carbonation moderate and fine. Aroma dominated by sweet floral hops plus slightly sweet malt and a trace of citrus. Taste nice sweetness and mid-range citrus bitterness. Light body. Smooth with a long dry bitter finish. Quite nice.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Lovely. By far the nicest of the Bridge Road Single Hop beers. The aroma is a mix of melon, citrus, resin and even some spearmint. In the mouth, the Ella has a very pleasant sweetness that helps offset the tart citrus taste. Very nice. Just what you want in an IPA.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Orange gold pour with thin head, much like the others in this series. Apricot, floral aroma, malt also peeks through. MAlt underneath, more so than the others in the series; hp flavours are a little more delicate - floral, citrus. Quite dry finish, bitterness persists nicely
