COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The harvest has been hopped to the hilt using fresh hop cones straight from the nearby Rostrevor hop garden. The variety of hop is unique to the gardens research block. The variety was selected for "The harvest" due to its big orange and citrus aromas, with the fresh hop being added to the kettle as well as the conditioning tank. As for how the hop character translate into the beer, well open it and find out.

Hazy gold pour with small head. Very fresh aromas from the wet hops of dried apricots, nectarines, tangerine and passionfruit. The taste has a lot of apricot, orange zest, toasted bread. Enjoyable but doesn’t quite live up to the aroma.

Pale gold pour with a thick, fluffy white head. Fruity, grassy, passionfruit and citrus aromas. Taste is malt, a little citrus, but not much else going on.

Strong on hops, very floral aroma. Clear golden colour with lots of head. Some very nice fruit flavours, passion fruit mainly with bitter finish. Medium body and carbonation.

A beautiful pale copper/gold colour with a bright white, fluffy head. Not much lacing. Smells really unique - fruity and sour; grapefruit, passion fruit and limes. Drinks well - really smooth but not.partocularly flavorsome. Interesting hop profile - slight pine and lemon taste, a little underdone for mine. Not as dense as I’d like, but smooth and coats well. Good carbonation.

Green is the best word for this beer. Smells like fresh hops as soond you crack it. Mild pine, less citrus but a hint. Pours clear amber with foamy white head. Taste is almost all hops but in a balanced and complex way without riding roughshod over one’s palate. Finishes relatively quickly given the bitterness, but fresh.

Bottle from mane liquor. Very malt driven nose with a touch of lemon zest. Taste has a bit more of a hop profile, slight grapefruit coming through but toffee biscuit malts take over. Not too bad ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Very spicy hoppy IPA without a good amount of thought put into the hop selection. Very grassy hop heavy and lacking the good fruit punch of a good American ipa ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
