Ty5592 (1009), Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA Jun 28, 2008 Been wanting to try this for some time now. Pours dark brown, almost black with small head. Aroam was nice with choclate, coffee, and maple. The taste was a nice balance of those flavors with light sweetness and light fizziness in the finish. Light to medium body.
arrogantb (41), Denver, Colorado, USA Jan 4, 2009 12oz bottle, good deal at $5.49 per sixer. Deep, dark black with a light tan head that was initially quite huge but is now a thin layer of foam. Decent stouty molasses smell but it is way down there. Easy flavor, no roast, malty, no molasses, hops? This is a good beer for the money but not my favorite stout by any means.
