Light aroma and tantalizing subtle toasted caramel body. Minimal sweetness and light nut fruit notes. Ends dry with light spice. Sampled 9/25/1999.

A soft maltiness and mild floral hop aroma. Taste is nicely balanced. Biscuit, toffee, pale malt flavor along with the floral, piney hop notes. Clean, simple and flavorful.

Fruity, somewhat sour, with a peppery hop finish. Citrus and piney hop aroma. Not very flavorful, and the cask version lacks spunk and crispness.
