HoppyGuy (111), USA Jul 31, 2008 Bottle. Pours a nice amber color with a three-quarters inch beige head that hangs around for a while. Aroma is a bit faint, and is of hops and floral hints. Flavor is not very hoppy at all, yet not too malty. Fruity flavor, some citrus. Overall, not a bad beer, but not bold (hoppy) enough to be classified as a pale ale, at least for me. Still, I like it. I’d like to pair this brew with shrimp scampi, garlic mashed potatoes and a spinach salad.
