Bright golden-amber colour. Malty aroma with nutty, toffeeish notes. Somewhat thin body with light brown sugar notes and faint nutty, toffeeish nuances. A light and painless holiday beer.

12oz bottle. Poured a deeper and muddy amber color with a huge sized off white head. Aromas of toasted malts, caramel, and a little bready. Tastes of basically the same.

Pours a transparent ruby mahogany with a small, frothy, spotty-lacing light tan head. Aroma of lightly sweet caramely and grainy English malts with a touch of citrusy hops. Body starts with some foamy carbonation and piny hops toward a thinner, bittersweet finish with some earthy drier malts. An ok English strong ale, but could be a little sweeter.
