An aged version of the brewery’s ever-popular Stumptown Tart from 2010. Enchanted is a Belgian Style Framboise infused with 2,000 pounds of Oregon red raspberries and then aged for two years in oak barrels.

Bottle 1466/2400 Pours a red hued beer with no head, moderately cleared. Smells nice with plenty of raspberry, well, pretty much just raspberry with some amber ale in the back ground. Flavor is nice, lots raspberry, near soda like with plenty of fruit and some mild tartness. thin with low carb and a wet finish. Nice beer I think.

Bottle:   Somewhat of a deep amber, pinkish/reddish hue, small sudsy white head, little lacing.   Immature Raspberry nose, slightly tart.   Smells like the kitchen when my mother would make her own Raspberry preserves.   Soft berry tartness up front.   Immature Raspberries, fairly authentic.   By that I mean it doesnt seem like some fake Raspberry garbage.   However, as a Sour its pretty tame.   I would call this a "Tart".   Body and mouthfeel are moderate.   Starts out with lots of tart Raspberries, but falls off a bit too quickly.   Still clean and enjoyable, but just not the super tart or sour I think a lot of people might expect, such as that of Cascade.   Still enjoyable tho!

Bottle thanks to Mike. 1827 out of 2400. Pours a clear reddish hue with a medium white head. A big fruity nose with huge berries. The flavor is excellent: berries, sweetness, oak, light tartness, white wine. Very interesting.

Ruby red, clear, thin pink-tinged head. Aroma of tart raspberry, some grainy malt, light oak. Flavor of light and slightly tannic raspberry, Pinot barrel is evident, a little cranberry, fairly thin bodied, but great raspberry character.

Bottle #270/2400. Pour deep brick-garnet with a thin film. Bright fruity nose of raspberries, oak and yeast. Aroma continues to impress as it warms. Medium sweet, medium tart flavors. Very fruity with a big presence of oak. Medium body, good carbonation, oily texture and a medium tart finish. More framboise than sour. Very nice.
