COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Abounds with Imported English Goldings hops at a weight of one pound per barrel. It has the assertiveness, aroma and unbanished flavor beer used to have before the cost-cutters started.

ChrisFest Immediately identifiable as American from the first sip. Sweet, smooth and clean malt with a playful sprinkling of orange flavour hops. Nice.

Lightly hazy, orangy-gold. SOme lime some tannins. Fairly sweet. Arizona Iced Tea transfigured into beer. Nice bittering. Floral notes. Very good. Bottle, Flying Saucer, Nashville.

Bottled at Chris_O Fest March 2007. A copper coloured beer. The aroma is malty and a little sweet but there is decent balancing hop. The taste has big hops together with some berry fruit flavours. Sweet malts. Tasty and mellow.

Not bad. This is very sweet for an ESB, sweet malt rather than bitter malt. Considerable hop presence for the style. Its not bad, but too sweet.

A light brown pour with a chocolate or carob nose. Similar taste but a little tart with minimal carbonation.

Biscuity aroma. Nice copper pour with a plentiful head. Laces the glass as I sip. The flavor was pleasantly suprising...a bit on the hoppy side for the style but a well engineered balance of malts (and Goldings) with nothing unpleasant. Smooth in mouth with a crisp finish. A bit of hop bite lingers on the tongue. Hmmm...must head to fridge and get another.

Pour was a slightly cloudy light copper color with a near two-finger white head. The head hung around for a bit and offered a bit of lacing. The aroma was hoppy, slightly grassy with a touch of spice. The flavor wasn’t all that well balanced as mostly hops came through. Didn’t think it had enough malt and spice up front before the hops took over. Nice clean finish. A decent brew.

Amber in color with nice head. Nose of hops with light roast. Flavor is sweet with a hoppy clean finish.
